About Bedsider and Bedsider Providers
What is Bedsider?
Bedsider doesn't look, sound, or act like any medical information you've seen before. Intentionally. We're a unique, trusted resource with a point of view that real people can relate to. And that's what makes us so successful.
Sex has always been fun. Birth control hasn’t. Bedsider was founded in 2011 to change that. We believe that refreshing, real content allows people to embrace birth control, learn about it, and use it well when it’s a normal part of their life and conversations. Bedsider is operated by Power to Decide, a private non-profit organization. Bedsider is totally independent and the information we provide is honest and unbiased. At Bedsider, our goal is to help everyone find the method of birth control that's right for them, learn how to use it consistently and effectively, and link them to the sexual and reproductive health care they need to achieve reproductive well-being.

By working with health care providers out in the field, we can support you at that pivotal moment during an appointment when the topic turns to sex and birth control.
