At Bedsider Providers+™ we are committed to offering trusted tools, resources, and educational content to health care professionals. Please review our payment and refund policy carefully before subscribing to Bedsider Providers+.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscription Plans: Bedsider Providers+ offers monthly and/or annual subscription options.
  • Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will be automatically activated and charged to your payment method on file.
  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance and you authorize Power to Decide to charge your payment method on file. A billing cycle is either one month (monthly subscription) or one year (annual subscription) from the initial payment date. For example, if your first payment is September 9th 2025, a monthly subscription will renew on October 9th 2025 or an annual subscription will renew on September 9th 2026.

Payments

  • Methods: Bedsider Providers+ only accepts payment through the website. This includes, but is not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ApplePay and Google Wallet.

Refund Policy

  • General Policy: All payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Trial-to-Paid Conversion: We do not offer refunds after a subscription automatically activates following the free trial period. You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • Exceptional Cases: We understand unique circumstances may arise. Refunds may be issued at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact the below email with your account details and reason for the request.
  • Discontinuation: If you have purchased Bedsider Providers+ and we subsequently discontinue Bedsider Providers+, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the pre-paid fees for Bedsider Providers+.

Cancel Anytime

  • You may cancel your subscription of Bedsider Providers+ at any time through your account settings.
  • Your access will remain active for the remainder of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless terminated by us in accordance with the Terms of Use.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Important Notes

  • Except for a discontinuation of Bedsider Providers+ by Power to Decide, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Subscription fees are subject to change, with advance notice provided via email or within the platform.
  • By subscribing, you agree to this payment and refund policy.
